This Emeril Forever Pan set includes an 11" deep-sided frying pan and lid, called a 'chicken fry pan', it can accommodate larger items and, with the crisper backet, lets you immersion-fry anything from fried chicken to tasty goujons and fried fish or, used without oil, acts to allow air to circulate around your food for extra crispiness. The 10" frying pan and lid takes care of everyday stove-top work and smaller meals. The 6" saucepan and lid holds over 1.5ltr and the 11" casserole pan takes over 6ltr so you can sauté, boil, stew, casserole and steam meals for just one or a whole family! There's even a grill plate that sits in the base of your pans and acts like a griddle, to sear amazing steaks, fish and poultry with those all-important char-bar marks and intense flavours!

Double-anodized aluminium core is stronger than steel

The induction plate and aluminium core of all your Emeril Pans gives rapid, even heat throughout the pan so there are no hot-spots. The double-anodized layers make these pans harder than steel. After 80,000 cycles of abrasion, these Forever Pans are still non-stick! The thick base layer has millions of ceramic beads infused into the non-stick coating. The second layer is a high-performance hybrid of ceramic and non-stick. The topcoat is infused with silver ions to repel bacteria. This construction method can take the heat. Going from the stove top to your oven is no problem for these pans! The stainless-steel induction plate cooks on any stovetop. And the ergonomic double-riveted handle stays cool to the touch.
